Richardson heads to Toronto Indy

Mike Richardson is still looking to put some Prestige in the winner's circle.

The Kelowna resident, sponsored by Prestige Inns, is one of three Canadian drivers on the Barber Dodge Racing Series, an open-wheel support event for CART.

Richardson will be in Toronto this weekend to compete in his fourth race of the season, having already raced in: Portland, Ore., June 16; Laguna Seca, Calif., June 9; Lime Rock, Conn., May 27; and Sebring, Fla., March 16.

With the CART series moving north this month --- Toronto this weekend and Vancouver, July 26-28 ---- Richardson is hoping to finally nail down some championship points.

His best finish this season is 17th in Portland.
